Nonono. She barely handled this once but twice? She knew what to do but it didn't make it any easier. Back then she had people who were with her. Now she was alone and...
"NO! I won't letcha discourage me. Claim everything ya want, but I ain't buying it." Looks like she no choice but to follow suit and grab her weapon. Taking a step back ever so carefully, she did just that. She might have looked confident but it was obvious that she didn't want to do this. Not again. Luck was not on her side today.
"Aww. Are you actually going to give in and play with me? I'd love to hear your song." The Shadow's lips twisted into a manic grin, golden eyes aglow with madness swirling deep within the irises. She slammed her axe into the ground then and leaned back, gripping at her head as her eyes shot wide open, a loud, animalistic screech escaping her lips. A red glow emanated from her being and behind her, flames of crimson and obsidian gave rise to a large bull, menacing and growling.
"Asterius! Let's paint the walls with her blood!"
"It doesn't --"
Sigh. She wasn't scared of her shadow and what she was there for. But all of this was pointless and sudden! It took her a moment to comprehend all this. "Why do this if you know how I feel? How we feel?"
"You make it sound as if I give a damn as to how you feel." Her words were bittersweet, head canting off to the side in a jerky fashion as before, almost unnaturally. Bright golden optics gleamed in midst of the room, taking on an adamant glow, and she took one step forward, the axe getting closer to her other half's neck. "Newsflash: I don't. I'd rather see you wither in pain with that pitiful look on your face."
